AETN will initiate the RMT from
Conway and transmit statewide on all five transmitters. Stations monitoring
AETN will have a 60-minute window in which to re-transmit the RMT.
Stations having difficulty receiving one of AETN's six transmitters may
monitor KAIT DT in Jonesboro, KTHV DT in Little Rock or KHOG DT/KHBS DT in
Northwest Arkansas. Television stations must re-transmit the RMT both
aurally and visually.AETN initiates Random Weekly
Tests which you must log but are not obligated to re-transmit. Each station
may originate a RWT locally whenever it fits your program schedule. Weeks in
which an RMT is scheduled, there will be no RWT from AETN.
